For example, the development of Estidama, a sustainability framework, introduced by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC). The 5th Annual Cost-Effective Sustainable Design & Construction Middle East, which will be held in Abu Dhabi from 22 – 25 May 2011, aims to bring together industry experts and governments ministries to share and gain knowledge on the changes in this promising market.
